Despite the fact, the Offical PGA Tour Season began in October, what is widely regarded as the Unofficial start of the season is the gathering of Champions in Hawaii. Kapalua is known for it’s long Par 4’s three of them are longer than 500 yards, but also its interesting Par Five finish setting up the chance for players who need a closing Birdie. Two of the Plantation Course’s Par 3’s also run over 200 yards. Distance is Key at Kapalua as is accuracy with its small greens the player who takes home the title this week will be whoever is striking the ball the best.
